We offer transparent pricing with no hidden costs. Our flat fee for your marketing space and templates ensures that you pay only once per property listing until it is sold or the marketing period ends. The cost is £250 for the first 200 houses listed and £500 per property listing thereafter.
The marketing period you purchase is for six months. After that period, you can renew your listing purchase if necessary. If you list your property as under offer and the sale falls through, you will need to renew your listing.
Until you exchange contracts, you can withdraw from your property sale or purchase. If you choose to terminate your listing and remove your property, no refunds will be offered.
Our payment system is secure via PayPal, and all sales must be conducted through a qualified solicitor to ensure proper and legal handling. You have control over viewings, and you will receive the viewer’s information, enabling you to choose who views your property and when. There should be no exchange of money in person, and all transactions should be handled through your solicitor.

Yes, you may use a professional photographer. Ensure you have the correct license agreement from the photographer and usable formats. Be aware that professional photos may be large files due to resolution.
